Web design and UI/UX
The Credaris web design was completely renewed in the process. We delivered several iterations of the new website design based on Credaris' brand guidelines - incorporating existing drafts and best practices for UI/UX in the process. As a result, the website intends to serve Credaris' target audience, as well as existing customers and other stakeholders. It remains highly functional from an UX perspective while incorporating the Credaris brand for the web.
Integration of third-party services
Operating in a business where personal and sensitive data needs to be provided by customers, precision and stability of these transmissions and integrations as well as inspiring trust to potential customers are crucial to Credaris. To meet these requirements, services like the eAPI (to CRM), API for credit limit calculation, Marketing Automation or automated feed of customer reviews were implemented, that turn Credaris.ch into a tailor-made web platform, not just a typical website - streamlining and expanding their operations.
Multi-tenancy
and localization
Credaris forms a group with three other brands, and they needed an architecture that can
can onboard and manage additional brands within the same CMS and core system. Credaris' new website is built in a way that allows multiple tenants to be added and managed within that same system. In addition to multi-tenancy, each tenant has configurable localization - new locales are easy to add depending on specific tenant's requirements.

Credaris about working with us
Designing the Credaris website
Credaris had existing brand guidelines that needed to be translated into web design. Our job was to design Credaris' new website based on the initial drafts, while improving and iterating on UI and UX.
The goal was to design a result-driven website with a minimalistic but aesthetic layout that caters for their customer segment. We ensured that Credaris.ch meets these standards for their all-new website.
Web design: We worked with Credaris and their existing brand guidelines to incorporate everything for the web. This included several directions for web design that we collaboratively iterated on - ultimately resulting in one, cohesive design.
UI/UX: In addition to web design we worked with creating the user experience on Credaris' website. This included implementing a custom tailored loan request form that can be altered in the CMS, which ensures an uninterrupted and streamlined user experience, from page landing to loan requests.

Composable web architecture
We understand that companies want to adhere to web systems they feel confident with and gives them a future-proof foundation. We suggested composable architecture with best-in-class technology to create a website that works like clockwork and remains scalable, even when expanding. For the tech stack, we used Sanity as the Headless CMS, Next.js as the web framework, and deployed it all on Vercel.
This comes in handy in almost any circumstance when operating their web systems, such as providing language configuration for users, increasing security, and managing APIs and additional services.
Sanity.io
Sanity.io was the ideal choice for a Content Management System (CMS) since it can handle large and advanced content flawlessly. Multi-tenancy was created with Sanity workspaces and content models were uniquely designed to scale with Credaris' needs.
Next.js
We chose Next.js as the front-end framework for Credaris. As one of the hottest web framework right now, Next.js serves Credaris well for front-end needs, without a doubt. We utilized Next.js to build a hyper-optimized site that uses React under the hood.
Vercel
Vercel was chosen as the deployment platform for their CI/CD operations, ensuring smooth hosting and deployment for Credaris' multi-tenant architecture. The CI/CD pipeline is set up for dev, staging and production for a seamless deployment process.
Composable, where it matters the most
While Credaris' new website was built from the ground up, there were existing systems and platforms that had to be connected with the new site. Using a truly composable web architecture enabled seamless integration with external systems such as CRM connection via eAPI, and more.
